Tacocat at Sasquatch 2014 (more by Chris & Rae Graham)

Seattle's Tacocat have deservedly gotten some praise this year for their entertaining new record, NVM, which they're continuing to play shows in support of. This month, on the west coast, they open for Haim, play 'Pizza Fest' with The Coathangers, Music Fest NW in Portland, and LINDA'S FEST.

Another one of their shows will happen in NYC on September 12 at Palisades. That's one of the three NYC shows their Hardly Art labelmates Shannon & the Clams are playing on their tour, and Las Rosas open that one, making for a great triple bill. Tickets for the Palisades show are still available. All Tacocat dates are listed below.

Tacocat are also featured in Budweiser's first episode of their 'Made In America' documentary series, which focuses on Seattle. Veteran Seattle-area musician Ben Gibbard calls Tacocat and La Luz his two favorite Seattle bands right now. You can watch that video, with the video for Tacocat's "Crimson Wave" and their list of dates, below...
