Xiu Xiu at Bowery Ballroom in 2012 (more by Joe McCabe)
Xiu Xiu

Xiu Xiu only has a few tour dates coming up at the moment, but one of those is a one-off in NYC happening on October 18 at Glasslands. He's promising Xiu XIu songs from 2002-2004 and 2014, which means we can count on material from this year's Angel Guts: Red Classroom and plenty from the much-loved early period of his career. Strong support comes from locals Yvette. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (8/29) at 10 AM.

All dates are listed, with a stream from his 2002-2004 period, below...

This looks like a miserable time, but I'm an attractive man with a lot going on. I'm sure for post city folk light on looks, this'll be all the rage.

can't blame this douche for still trying. but the day he has a "much-loved" phase of his career is the day he starts paying royalties to Joan Chen.

Yvette were great at Palisades last night.

Why not just do 2002-2012 and cut out the crappy new album. The mid to late 2000's stuff was the best IMO.
