Youth Code releasing an EP ft. new songs & remixes (stream a new track), opening Skinny Puppy's fall tour

by Wyatt Marshall

Youth Code

LA EBM/hardcore/punk duo Youth Code are streaming “Consuming Guilt” from their forthcoming EP A Place to Stand. You can listen to it below. It’s a strong example what we’ve come to expect from Youth Code–pounding, driving, dark and pissed off industrial that’s also catchy and danceable.

A Place to Stand will feature four remixes of earlier Youth Code tracks. Heavy music Jack-of-all-trades Sanford Parker, minimalist techno producer Silent Servant, electro/industrial act God Module and the rap group Clipping each contributed a remix. The EP is out on Dais Records on 9/23. That’s the artwork above and the tracklist is below.

As we’ve mentioned, Youth Code is going on tour with industrial forefathers Skinny Puppy and VNV Nation. Also on the tour is the german electronic group Haujobb. You can check out all the tour dates below–there’s a NYC stop on December 2nd at Best Buy Theater. Tickets for the NYC show are still available.
