Jazz June

As previously mentioned, reunited emo veterans The Jazz June are releasing After The Earthquake, their first album in 12 years, on November 11 via Topshelf with production from the great Evan Weiss (of Into It Over It, The Progress, Stay Ahead of the Weather, etc). Earlier in the year, they released the bright major key rocker “Over Underground” from the LP, and they’ve since put out a second single, “Edge of Space,” which has them coming kinda close to folk rock. Neither of the two songs sound much like their classic material or much like each other, but both are very promising so it’ll be interesting to see where else they take this new record.
