Deafheaven going on free Converse Rubber Tracks tour in Nov

Deafheaven

Every metalhead’s favorite black metal (or shoegaze or post-rock or screamo) band Deafheaven are heading out on the next Converse Rubber Tracks tour. What started as just individual free shows turned into short tours of free shows this past August when High on Fire went on the first Rubber Tracks tour. Converse appears to be doubling down on the metal, and the Deafheaven tour hits NYC at Music Hall of Williamsburg on November 19 (where they also played earlier this year) with support from Beast Patrol. Though the show is free, you do need tickets, which go on “sale” Wednesday (10/29) at noon. The tour will start out in Deafheaven’s hometown of San Francisco and hit the other cities like L.A., Toronto and Boston with a rotating supporting cast. All dates are listed below.

Deafheaven have a new album in the works, they just played Basilica SoundScape, and they’ll also be hitting this year’s Fun Fun Fun Fest.

All dates are listed, along with a stream Deafheaven’s recent Adult Swim Single “From the Kettle Unto the Coil,” below…
