Irving Plaza Ebola benefit on sale

By Klaus Kinski

A few days ago I mentioned that Irving Plaza will be playing host to at Doctors Without Borders Benefit on Wednesday November 19. Unbelievably in the few days that have elapsed since that post, ebola has officially shat itself upon our doorstep. Looks like I’ll have to curtail all of my various hobbies that involve playing with human feces, blood, and saliva amIright? Anyhow, tickets for that benefit are officially onsale. Tickets are being sold in two tiers; $60 general admittance and $110 VIP admittance which allows bearers access better seating/standing. The line-up currently consists of hosts Greg Barris and Jena Friedman and will feature appearances from Fred Armisen, Jim Gaffigan, David Cross, Janeane Garofalo, Hannibal Buress, Ted Leo, and more TBA. AKA, this is going to sell out. So pony up the dough because this ebola shizz is serious biz.
