The Gooch Palms released a new 7" & video (watch), playing SXSW and other dates

Party-friendly Australian garage rock duo The Gooch Palms have a new single, “Trackside Daze,” out via Urinal Cake. It’s surfy in a Ramones-covering-the-Rivieras kind of way, and pretty fun. The video, which premieres in this post, is definitely fun, a clip art collage overload with cats, burritos, rainbows and lots more. Watch it below.
The Gooch Palms were last in North America back in the fall, touring around Gonerfest, including some NYC shows as well. They’ll be back this spring for SXSW and will be touring the Southwest while here, including a few dates with Wand, Walter TV and Death Valley Girls. Hopefully we’ll get some East Coast dates, too, but no word on that yet. All dates are listed, along with the video, below…
