Family Bike

You may be familiar with Museum Mouth, who make ’90s-ish indie rock, but singer Karl Kuehn also makes different stuff with the band Family Bike. Their new song, “How I Survived November,” is roughly-recorded like Museum Mouth, but there’s an electronic avant-pop vibe that sounds more inspired by Animal Collective or of Montreal than Superchunk. A stream of the song premieres below.

“How I Survived November” will be on Family Bike’s debut album, Everything You Own Is Anagrammed, which comes out in May on Negative Fun (pre-order physical or digital) and Egghunt Records (pre-order).
