Destruction Unit offer new album 'Negative Feedback Resistor' as a free download (and stream)

Destruction Unit‘s great new album Negative Feedback Resistor officially comes out this Friday (9/18) via Sacred Bones, but today the band is giving the album away as a free download over at Adult Swim. You can stream it there too.
Destruction Unit have always been best experienced live, but Negative Feedback Resistor is the closest their studio albums have come to replicating their live show yet. Like we’ve said, it’s faster, heavier and more psychedelic than anything they’ve done before. As at their shows, several songs flow directly into the next, with noise and feedback often working as interludes. It’s not the kind of record you can just throw on as background music or skip between tracks, but blast this thing start to finish and it could totally overwhelm you.
The band’s tour includes two previously-discussed CMJ shows in NYC. One is the Panache showcase with The Men and more on 10/16 at Baby’s All Right (tickets) and the other is 10/17 at Alphaville (tickets). All dates are listed below.
