Jawbreaker's Blake Schwarzenbach adds more tour dates (including BrooklynVegan-presented all ages matinee)

Blake Schwarzenbach (Jawbreaker, Jets to Brazil, Forgetters) recently announced a Kingston, NY show with the band Jawbreaker Reunion (which will surely confuse no one), and now it turns out that’s part of a short Northeast tour. The tour also includes shows in Connecticut; Jersey City; Allston, MA; and two in NYC.
The first NYC show is at Cake Shop on September 25 with Moaning and Lala Lala, and then he plays an all ages Saturday matinee at Baby’s All Right (9/26) the following afternoon which BrooklynVegan is proudly presenting. Baby’s will be serving brunch in the front room during the show and BV editor Andrew Sacher is DJing out there too. Tickets for both NYC shows are on sale now.
The Baby’s show will be opened by Spill, the new band with Placeholder and We Were Skeletons members (stream their EP), and one more TBA.
