The Roots closing out SummerStage's 2015 season with free Central Park show w/ Marsha Ambrosius, Bilal & Talib Kweli

The Roots have announced they’ll be playing Central Park Summerstage on October 8 which will be the last show of the 2015 season. It’s with Marsha Ambrosius (of the recently reunited Floetry), Bilal and also Talib Kweli on DJ duty. It’s a free show but is being held exclusively for Capital One cardmembers. To get tickets, you’ll have to go to the Capital One Café on 3rd Avenue / 58th Street on Thursday, September 17 from 4pm – 7pm and show your Capital One Bank card (two tickets per cardmember). Marsha Ambrosius is also on the new Dr. Dre album as is Kendrick Lamar, whose new album features Bilal.
