Having wrapped up the East Coast leg of their North American tour, Yo La Tengo have taken their special mostly-acoustic tour with extra member Dave Schramm to the UK and Europe and played London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Like their new album, Stuff Like That There, the set featured a lot of covers, including The Bonzo Dog Band’s “I Want to Be With You,” The Scene is Now’s “Yellow Sarong” and The Cure’s “Friday I’m in Love.” As mentioned, for the encore they brought out opener Gruff Rhys for a rendition of Super Furry Animals’ “(Drawing) Rings Around The World.” Setlist and more pics are below.

After playing Rome, YLT will head back this way for dates in the Midwest and West Coast. Tour dates are listed below.
