Back in August, Dr. Dre released his third solo album and first in 16 years, Compton, which proved he still had crucial material in him three decades into his career. Today he unveiled a track from the Compton sessions that didn’t make the album, on his Apple Music Beats 1 show. It’s called “Naked” and features Marsha Ambrosius of the reunited Floetry (who’s on a few other Compton tracks) and Sly Piper, who was on Dre and Snoop’s 2010 single “Kush” and the Dre-featuring track on Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city, also called “Compton.” Listen below.
