A box of Tofurky (yes, Tofurky is sold in a box) actually comes with one roast that resembles thick-sliced turkey breast, eight cranberry apple potato dumplings, giblet gravy, herbed brown and wild rice stuffing and Tofurky Jurky Wishtix. Each meal is packaged frozen, serves four and takes about 45 minutes to cook.
