ATDI

At the Drive In release another new song, detail new album 'in·ter a·li·a'

In December, the Jim Ward-less At the Drive In released the new song “Governed by Contagions,” which they said will be off their first album since 2000. We knew the album would be produced by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Rich Costey, and released on Rise Records, and now we know that it’s called in·ter a·li·a (Latin for “among other things”) and coming out on May 5. That’s the artwork above and you can check out the tracklist below.

ATDI also released another song from the album, “Incurably Innocent,” which singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala tells NME is “a song about sexual abuse and being able to finally speak out.” Like the first single, it’s pretty damn good and brings back tons of memories of classic ATDI. Check it out below.

The band is also touring, including a sold-out show at NYC’s Terminal 5 on March 22. They just added many more dates, most of which are with Le Butcherettes (who have a few headlining shows too). All dates are listed below.
