ATP NYC, the first-ever, begins today
The first-ever ATP NY happened back in 2008, but up in the Catskills. That lasted three glorious years before moving to Asbury Park last year. Asbury Park was also great, but wasn’t in the cards for 2012 so ATP moved the festival to NYC where it happens THIS WEEKEND at Pier 36 (you can see the location in the map above). Today’s schedule looks like this:
Friday 21st September

+ Edan The Dee Jay
Poor Kurt B. And hopefully that 30 minute break between Glass and Ocean is enough time for the awkward changeover to happen. I mean, I love Frank and Philip, but I’m afraid that A LOT of Frank fans will be showing up just for his set, and many of them will have very little interest in the rest of the lineup, especially music you need to be very quiet during. Check out the full, three-day SCHEDULE. Get your TICKETS (THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR).
UPDATE: Lee Ranaldo has been replaced by Edan (a DJ who is also DJing later in the film room). We also recently found out Chavez was replaced by JEFF the Brotherhood on Saturday.
