The Residents playing 4 shows in TX on 40th Anniversary tour

As mentioned on BV, legendary art oddballs The Residents are celebrating their 40th Anniversary with a prohibitively-priced box set and a much more affordable 2013 tour. The latter will swing though Texas soon, with an Austin show on January 31 at Scottish Rite Theater and tickets are still available.

Additionally, they'll play two nights at Dallas' Kessler Theater (Feb. 1 - 2) and Houston on Feb. 3 at Fitzeralds.
