Grimes at FFF Fest 2011 (more by Tim Griffin)
Grimes

We recently mentioned that Fiona Apple will play Pitchfork's SXSW showcase, which is taking place on March 15 at Central Presbyterian Church on 200 E. 8th St., and Pitchfork has since revealed the rest of the lineup. The showcase will include Grimes (whose terrific new album is streaming on NPR), Purity Ring, Nicolas Jaar, and rising popstar Charli XCX. Only those with SXSW badges and wristbands will be admitted into the event.

Grimes plays Austin even sooner when her tour with Born Gold hits Lambert's on February 29. That show is sold out.
