Baauer, Metro Boomin, Grandtheft & more playing Brooklyn fest The Greatest Day Ever

The Greatest Day Ever is an electronic music festival happening in Brooklyn on July 9 at The Brooklyn Mirage (a warehouse at 99 Scott Ave). The lineup is announced and it includes Baauer, Metro Boomin, Grandtheft, Sliink, Brenmar and more. tickets are on sale now.

Baauer is perhaps best known for his single “Harlem Shake,” which went on to become a viral sensation. He’s since, however, released his debut album Aa, a blend of trap, house, and more with impressive guest appearances from Future, Pusha T and M.I.A..

Speaking of Future, Atlanta’s Metro Boomin has produced many of his best songs, including the wildly popular Drake collaboration “Jumpman” off of last year’s What a Time to Be Alive. You also of course know him from Kanye West’s “Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1” (oof, that drop) off of The Life of Pablo.

Toronto’s Grandtheft is signed to Diplo’s Mad Decent label and will be playing Mad Decent Block Parties, though not the ones in NYC (Baauer is too). The rest of The Greatest Day Ever lineup includes Ape Drums, Madeintyo, Eauxzown and Mixa.

The fest’s location Brooklyn Mirage is also where Full Moon Fest was last year. As previously mentioned, this year’s Full Moon Fest will instead take place on Governors Island.
