Baby's All Right opening a venue in Los Angeles

Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right is going bicoastal, with the owners aiming to open a new club in Los Angeles possibly as early as the end of 2018. Curbed LA reports that the new venue, still unnamed, will be in a “raw, industrial” warehouse space in the city’s Chinatown:

The venue would occupy part of a 28,000-square-foot warehouse on a property between Naud Street and Spring Street, just southeast of the park. The plan is to convert the warehouse by adding a second story, an outdoor bar and seating, and a rooftop deck. The establishment would have one main stage, two smaller secondary stages, and four bars, and it would serve food from an onsite kitchen.

Speaking to LAist, Baby’s co-owner Zachary Mexico said that there would be two stages: one for live music a la Baby’s, and another as a dance/DJ space, plus a patio (shades of another LA-via-Brooklyn spot, Zebulon) and restaurant. Stay tuned.
