Baroness

Baroness share "Seasons," announce summer tour

Baroness have shared a second single off their anticipated new album Gold & Grey and announced many more tour dates. The new song is called “Seasons,” which starts out more in “heavy rock” territory than in “metal” territory, but it turns into something pretty fucking metal, blastbeats included. Listen and watch the video (with pre-production footage) below.

Baroness are wrapping up their co-headlining tour with Deafheaven this week with shows at Silver Spring’s Fillmore tonight (4/10) (tickets) and NYC’s Terminal 5 on Friday (4/12) (tickets), followed by a Record Store Day in-store in Philly on Saturday (4/13) and then Philly’s Decibel Metal & Beer Fest that same night.

Baroness’ newly-announced headlining tour brings them back to the NYC-area for shows on July 12 at The Chance in Poughkeepsie and July 13 at The Paramount on Long Island, plus it stops in Hartford, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Detroit, Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando, Richmond, Baltimore and more. Tickets for The Chance and The Paramount (and the whole tour) go on sale Friday (4/12) at 10 AM local time with presales beforehand. All dates are listed below.
