Bat for Lashes makes a playlist for “dearest lost boys and girls” (listen)

Bat for Lashes

Natasha Khan, aka Bat for Lashes, is releasing her first album since 2016, Lost Girls, on September 6. We’ve heard one single so far, the synthy, atmospheric “Kids in the Dark,” and Natasha continues to channel the same sort of mood on a new playlist she’s shared. She writes:

Dearest lost boys and girls,
I have made a mix for you! Listen to it while driving at night, flying over moonlit oceans or making out in the back seat…

The mix includes a mix of poppy and gothy tracks from Cyndi Lauper, Drab Majesty, SOPHIE, The Blue Nile, Boy Harsher, The Cure, Jehnny Beth and Johnny Hostile, Roy Orbison, Heart, Prince, Janet Jackson, Com Truise, Bananarama and more. Listen to it below.
