Batushka released 'Hospodi' & 5 videos, announce North American tour dates

Polish black metal band Batushkanot to be confused with Batushka — will visit North America before the year is over, in support of Hospodi, their new album out now on Metal Blade. The band is riding high with critical praise and the new Decibel cover (see above), despite it initially seeming like they’d just be known as the lesser and “fake” Batushka after original member Kryzstof Drabikowski released his much loved version of what some consider the “true” 2nd Batushka record earlier this year. Back when there was just one Batushka with all the original members as one big unhappy family with just one critically-acclaimed black metal album under their belt, the band made their U.S. debut during Summer 2018, with shows at Psycho Las Vegas, and in NYC and Chicago. This time around, this new version of Batushka will head out on a much larger North American trek, hitting Gramercy Theatre in NYC on 12/3 and many more places along the way.
