Benevento Russo, RANA, Ween, etc. | Tribeca Rock Finale

As previously reported, Tribeca Rock Club is closing in December. The last few scheduled nights currently posted on their site are Dec 7-10. The 10th is a “private party” and the 8th and 9th list bands I’m not really familiar with. That leaves the mysterious lineup on the 7th: BUSTLE IN YOUR HEDGEROW, DANJABOOTS, COME ON FALCON!

BENEVENTO/RUSSO DUO

Further inspection of that lineup reveals that “Bustle in your Hedgerow” is a Led Zeppelin cover band made up of Sir Joe Russo & Marco Benevento (Benevento/Russo Duo), Scott “boom boom” Metzger (RANA), and “Diamond” Dave Dreiwitz (WEEN). Danjaboots is Russo and Metzger “singing country tunes about fightin’ and f*ckin'” and Come on Falcon! is Benevento and Russo doing something else.
