Big Thief played Brooklyn Steel w/ The Range of Light Wilderness, .michael., Grey Gersten (pics)

Big Thief have been touring all year (and playing a handful of new songs at their shows), and their latest run hit their hometown of Brooklyn last night (10/17) for a sold-out, very packed show at Brooklyn Steel. They sounded great as always, and singer Adrianne Lenker took the time to shout out each opening act, all of whom they appeared to be close with, including .michael, a comedy/musical duo with an oboe and guitar, West Coast five-piece The Range of Light Wilderness, and singer/songwriter Grey Gersten. Pictures of the whole show are in the gallery above.

Adrianne, who recently released her great solo album abysskiss, has a solo tour happening in 2019, including a Brooklyn show on 2/14 at MHOW (tickets).
