Van Pelt

We recently mentioned that The Bouncing Souls‘ ‘Home for the Holidays’ shows would be happening in Asbury Park from December 26 to 28 at The Stone Pony, and now the openers for each night have been announced. 12/26 has Bane, Blanks 77 and Morning Glory; 12/27 has None More Black, The Scandals and The Van Pelt; and 12/28 has Jesse Malin, Frnkiero & the Cellabration and Seaside Caves. Ticket bundles go on sale Tuesday (10/7) at noon and individual show tickets go on sale Friday (10/10) at noon.

The Van Pelt put out unreleased tracks and rarities on Record Store Day this year, and the Kid Dynamite-related None More Black put out their first song in a while not too long ago. Jesse Malin is also touring with Joan Jett.

Frank Iero’s former My Chemical Romance bandmate Gerard Way is touring this year too and just put out a video for “Millions” off his britpoppy new album Hesitant Alien. Watch that below…
