Brendan Canning postpones U.S. shows w/ Holly Miranda (more visa issues)

The government’s gears are grinding again, but there’s still some fallout, apparently, in the Visa & Immigration department. The latest viction, Broken Social Scene’s Brendan Canning, just played Pop Montreal and was supposed to start his tour this week with Holly Miranda. Unfortunately his visa is not processed quite yet, forcing the postponement US dates which were:

10/24/13 NYC @ Mercury Lounge
10/25/13 Philadelphia @ World Cafe Live (upstairs)
10/26/13 Arlington, VA @ IOTA

The dates are being rescheduled for 2014. Refunds for Mercury Lounge show are available at point of purchase.

You can still catch Holly Miranda when she plays Knitting Factory on October 29 with Kendra Morris, and Domino Kirke. Tickets are still available.
