Cardi B shares “Be Careful”; ‘Invasion of Privacy’ album out next week

Cardi B Invasion of Privacy

Cardi B is finally releasing her anticipated major label debut, Invasion of Privacy (the followup to her two Gangsta Bitch Music mixtapes), next week (4/6) via Atlantic. The tracklist isn’t out yet, but it seems likely that it will include “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi,” and it will definitely include the new single “Be Careful” that she just put out today. It’s a little more of a tender ballad compared to the last two singles, and there is speculation that it’s about her cheating fiance. It’s still got a hint of Cardi B’s tough side in the mix too, and it’s keeping my hopes high for this album. Listen below.

The day after Invasion of Privacy comes out, Cardi will play SNL with host Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther). She’s also playing some festivals this year, including Coachella, Rolling Loud Miami, and Panorama, and later touring with Bruno Mars.

UPDATE (4/4): The tracklist is out and it does indeed include “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi,” as well as new song “Drip” ft. Migos that you can hear now:
