There's No Leaving New York at Forest Hills Stadium - Sunday
Cat Power at Forest Hills Stadium in September (more by Amanda Hatfield)

Chris Thile has lots of upcoming NYC editions of his NPR show Live From Here (fka A Prairie Home Companion), and guests have been announced for the next two. December 1 is with the great Cat Power and Colbert bandleader Jon Batiste, and December 8 is with Vulpeck.

Those two shows happen at Town Hall, and Thile also has upcoming shows on 12/15 and 12/22 at the same venue (guests TBA). He also does it in 2019 on 3/9 at Carnegie Hall, and 4/13 & 4/20 back at Town Hall (guests TBA).

Thile has a few Live From Heres in other cities too, including Jeff Tweedy, Todd Barry, and Madison Cunningham on 10/27 in Lincoln, NE. All dates and tickets here. You can also listen to the latest episode (with Lindsey Buckingham, Hurray for the Riff Raff, and Erin Foley) at that same link.

Cat Power, whose new album Wanderer is out now, also has more upcoming tour dates, including NYC’s Brooklyn Steel on December 18 (tickets).
