Chairlift said farewell at Brooklyn Steel with Kristin Kontrol (pics)

Brooklyn band Chairlift just wrapped up their final tour — and career as a band — with three NYC shows, culminating at the final farewell which happened at Brooklyn Steel on Saturday, April 22. Their 20-song set hit most of the highlights of their 12-year run, including “I Belong in Your Arms,” “Evident Utensil,” “Crying in Public,” “Amanaemonesia” and “Bruises.” Setlist and a few Instagram videos are below and pictures from the night, including Kristin Kontrol‘s opening set (aka Dee Dee of Dum Dum Girls), are in the gallery above.
