Chappelle joined by Jerry Seinfeld, Black Star, Slick Rick, Chris Tucker, A$AP Ferg & more at Radio City

The second to last night of Dave Chappelle‘s 16-show Radio City residency was last night (8/23), and it had some major surprise guests. The announced guests were Yasiin Bey (aka Mos Def) and Talib Kweli, who played some Black Star songs together and did Prodigy and Phife tributes (and frequent Black Star producer Hi-Tek was there too), plus comedian Chris Tucker. As for the surprise guests: fellow comedy legend Jerry Seinfeld, rap legend Slick Rick, comparative rap newcomer A$AP Ferg (who just released a new album), comic/actor Bill Bellamy, and frequently re-appearing guest Donnell Rawlings (aka Ashy Larry from Chappelle’s Show).

The surprise Seinfeld appearance happened just two days after Jerry announced that he’ll be releasing a new Netflix special and also bringing his Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee series to Netflix.

The final night in Chappelle’s residency is TONIGHT (8/24) with Ali Wong, John Mayer, and a DJ set from Lil Jon. What surprises will Chappelle have in store for the final night?

Previous guests in Chappelle’s run included Solange, Lauryn Hill, Childish Gambino, Hannibal Buress, Jon Stewart, Chance the Rapper, Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Kevin Hart, T.I., Dead Prez, Big Boi, Usher, Ice Cube, Common, Vince Staples, Tyler the Creator, Lil Wayne, The Roots, Anderson Paak, Fat Joe, and more. Chappelle has also been making surprise appearances at the Comedy Cellar during the run.
