Broken Social Scene will play in a parking lot today...

Much like the recent "secret" TV On the Radio concert in NYC, Heineken will sponsor one for Broken Social Scene TONIGHT (9/28) in Chicago at 6PM.

UPDATE: The time has now been changed to 8PM.

After some teaser tweets from both Heineken and the band, we've got the location. BSS will play a parking lot directly across from Wrigley Field, where this just installed billboard can be seen. Most likely they will play on top of the building sporting that billboard, though a stage could be erected.

REMINDER: This will probably be your last chance to see them for awhile... (thx Tyler)

show was really good. great sound. good crowd. they played for about 35 minutes. played a new song (i think)... along with World Sick, Texico Bitches, Anthems for a 17-yo girl, Dreams of Pavement, and maybe one or two more.

No Charles Spearin though...that was a bit of a disappointment.
