Parallax Sounds is a documentary that aims to examine the connections between Chicago's experimental music, musicians, and their urban landscape.
Featuring frontrunners such as: Steve Albini, Ian Williams (Battles/Don Caballero), 'Damon Locks (The Eternals/Trenchmouth), and more; the film intends to trace this close knit scene back to its roots.
They can now fully do so, because as of four days ago, their Kickstarter campaign finished its countdown with more money pledged than their initial goal ($10,345 / $10,000)!
Parallax Sounds is due for completion by the end of the year, and has already nailed down distribution in France, Italy, Germany, and Finland.
