Mouse on Mars prep new EP, touring, playing Mayne Stage

German electronic duo Mouse on Mars released their most recent album, Parastrophics, in February via Monkeytown. The LP was their first since 2006's Varcharz, but in the meantime, they cut an album, titled Tromatic Reflexxions, with The Fall's Mark E. Smith under the moniker Von Südenfed. The duo have a new video for the Parastrophics track "They Know Your Name," which you can watch at the bottom of this post.

Back in action, Mouse on Mars are set to welcome their second album of 2012, an EP called Wow, on November 2 via Monkeytown. The album features vocals from Vietnamese artist Dao Anh Khanh, Eric D. Clarke, and Argentinian rockers Las Kellies. They'll also be touring North America in October, with a stop at Chicago's Mayne Stage on October 17. Tickets go on sale on Monday (8/27) at 10AM CST.
