Wicker Park eatery Big Star and Metro have joined together to put on an annual music festival dubbed The Dust-Up. The first-ever Dust-Up will be held on September 8 in the Big Star (1531 N. Damen Ave.) parking lot from noon on. The music lineup consists of Disappears, Andre Williams & The Goldstars, Louisville, KY's Old Baby, ex-Bloodiest bassist Ben Clarke's project Quarter Mile Thunder, and The Jeff Walroth Band. There will be a record fair-- featuring local labels Numero Group, Bloodshot, and Kranky Records-- and DJs until live music begins at 4PM. Admission is FREE.
