The 2013 Pygmalion Music Festival is slated to take place from September 26-28 at various venues throughout Champaign-Urbana, IL. Their initial lineup features The Breeders, Youth Lagoon, Major Lazer, Chance the Rapper, Foxygen, Daughter, Perfume Genius, Metz, On An On, Nat Baldwin, and many more, with a second artist announcement due in June. Three-day festival passes go on sale TODAY (Tuesday, May 7) at noon CST.

Bay Area indie rockers Rogue Wave are gearing up for the release of their fifth full-length album, titled Nightingale Floors, which is due out on June 4 via their new home Vagrant Records. Get a taste for the LP by checking out its lead single "College" at the bottom of this post. Nightingale Floors' cover art and tracklisting can also be found below.

Rogue Wave will be embarking on a summer North American tour in support of Nightingale Floors, with opening act Caveman. That tour includes a two-night stand at Lincoln Hall on June 27 & 28. Tickets for both shows go on sale this Friday (4/19) at noon CST. An artist presale for all dates is currently active.

Caveman are set to follow-up 2011's extremely solid Coco Beware with a new album in 2013. Maybe said album will be out by the time they tour North America next year. That tour kicks off in late-February and will reach Chicago's Schubas on March 5. Tickets for that show are going on sale this Friday (12/21) at noon CST.

Night Moves

Minneapolis band Night Moves, who, as mentioned on BrooklynVegan were recently signed to Domino, are beginning a tour with Caveman tonight. That tour hits Chicago, as previously mentioned, at Schubas on April 12. Tickets are still on sale.

Night Moves' LP, Colored Emotions will be out this summer, but you can stream their single "Headlights" now on BrooklynVegan..

Caveman's CoCo Beware was released digitally on September 13th and physically on November 15th via their own Magic Men! label. The Brooklyn-based band will kick off 2012 with the big news that they've just signed a deal with Fat Possum Records! You can now purchase CoCo Beware digitally via the label.

As mentioned, the band are headed here for a performance at Schubas on Friday (1/13), as part of Tomorrow Never Knows 2012. Tickets for the Gauntlet Hair-headlined show are still available and we've also got a pair to give away! Details on how to enter to win them are below.

Coachella

If you missed it, Coachella, which is happening TWICE this year, announced its full lineup last night. Some of this year's exciting additions include Pulp, The Weeknd, The Black Keys, Radiohead, At the Drive In, Mazzy Star, Madness, Refused, and Jeff Mangum. Tickets go on sale Friday for the California fest.

How many people think they might head there in April? Or are Lollapalooza and Pitchfork good enough?

Meanwhile, Tomorrow Never Knows, a much smaller, multi-venue Chicago festival, begins WEDNESDAY (1/11). 5-day passes are now sold out, but check each individual show for tickets. Who is playing both Coachella and Tomorrow Never Knows? I think only Grouplove (sold out show at Lincoln Hall on Saturday), though let me know if I missed anyone.

As mentioned, The War On Drugs' new LP Slave Ambient comes out on August 16th via Secretly Canadian.

Initially sharing their single "Baby Missiles" with us, the band has now shared another track off of the LP titled, "Come to the City." You can download it at the top of this post.

The record is now up for pre-order via Secretly Canadian, in many forms/bundles.
The first of 75 pre-orders will be pressed on "ruby red vinyl."

The band will play Schubas on August 26th, with support from Caveman and Tammar.
Tickets are still available.
