Spectralina

Spectralina is the audio-visual collaboration of Selina Trepp and Dan Bitney (of Tortoise). Trepp is an award-winning multimedia artist, whose exhibits mainly consist of live video and sound performances. With Bitney handling percussion duties, the duo create trance-y electronic jams that are largely improv-based. Spectralina will be performing at the Museum of Contemporary Art on February 28th, as part of their Face the Strange series. As mentioned, Tortoise will play a hometown gig at the Empty Bottle on January 24th. Tickets are still available.
