Girl Talk @ Sasquatch 2012 (more by Chris & Rae Graham)

As mentioned, "summer's last stand," the North Coast Music Festival, is set to take place from August 31 - September 2 in Union Park (where Pitchfork Fest just wrapped up). They've now revealed the daily lineups for all three days of the festival, which includes Girl Talk, Mr. Muthafuckin' eXquire, Big Boi, The Rapture, YACHT, Dan Deacon, King Khan & the Shrines, Thundercat, and many more acts. Check out the lineups-by-day below.

Earlier in the year, when Girl Talk embarked on an initial tour in support of All Day, Pitchfork TV brought Gregg Gillis and Dipset's Jim Jones together in Jones' Nomad District Studio in New York for a special edition of their "Selector" series. Jones was so thrilled with the track "Believe In Magic" they created, that he took things one step further and invited R&B vocalist Lloyd to contribute.

You can stream/download "Believe In Magic" at the top of this post.

Next week, Girl Talk will kick off a summer tour once again in support of All Day. He'll be back in Chicago for both Summer Camp at the end of this month, and Lollapalooza in August.

According to Greg Kot, Eminem, Muse, and the Foo Fighters will be among the 2011 Lollapalooza headliners (August 5 - 7 in Grant Park)...

"Reliable industry sources confirmed the bookings Tuesday...

...Also expected to play Lollapalooza, according to several industry sources: Best Coast, Girl Talk, Crystal Castles and Lykke Li. At least three more headliners will join Eminem, Muse and Foo Fighters. The complete Lollapalooza lineup is expected to be officially released in April."

Hopefully the three TBA headliners help the fest live up to the awesomeness that was 2010. We'll have to wait until April to know for sure.
