The Hives @ the Vic on 6/30/2012

On Saturday night (6/30) Swedish garage rock revivalists The Hives finished off the short North American leg of their tour with a packed show at the Vic Theatre. Openers FIDLAR and Flesh Lights were along for the ride, and pictures of all three acts are in this post.

Garage rock revivalists The Hives, who played a tiny show in NYC last night, are gearing up for the release of their new LP, Lex Hives, due out June 5 in the US. Take a listen to the album tracks "Go Right Ahead" and "Wait a Minute" at the bottom of this post.

Late in June the band will return to North America for a limited run of dates, which now includes a performance at the Vic on the 30th of the month. Tickets for the Chicago show go on sale tomorrow (April 28), at 10AM CST.
