Child Abuse playing LP release show to benefit child abuse victims

Child Abuse

Long-running Brooklyn experimental trio Child Abuse (Tim Dahl, Eric Lau, and Oran Canfield) are releasing their new album Imaginary Enemy on Skin Graft Records this Friday (10/18), and they’ll celebrate with a hometown Saturday matinee release show at Saint Vitus (10/19) the next day. A portion of the proceeds from the show will go to a prevention organization for actual child abuse, and the band notes that the all-ages 2 PM matinee is “kid friendly.” MV Carbon, Bloor, and Tamio Shiraishi/Azumi Oe duo are also playing. $10 at the door gets you in.
