Chuck Ragan touring around Punk Rock Bowling
Hot Water Music co-frontman Chuck Ragan recently announced that he’s playing one of the Asbury Park Punk Rock Bowling night shows on Friday, June 9. He’ll be joined by other punk musicians in solo mode, JJ Talcum (Dead Milkmen) and Jared Hart (The Scandals). Tickets for that show (and the rest of the fest) are available.
Chuck now announced that the PRB night show is part of a tour he’ll be going on in June. Opening the tour is Todd Beene, who’s been a member of Chuck Ragan’s live band and Lucero.
Right around the time of Punk Rock Bowling, Chuck has three New York shows. He plays a Long Island show at Patchogue’s 89 North on June 8, Manhattan’s Mercury Lounge on June 10, and Brooklyn’s Rough Trade on June 11. Tickets for 89 North, Merc, and Rough Trade go on sale Friday (4/7) at 10 AM. The Mercury Lounge show has an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (4/5) at noon. All dates are listed below.
