Clan of Xymox, The Bellwether Syndicate, Pawns @ Le Poisson Rouge (pics, setlist)

Gothy synthpop greats Clan of Xymox brought their fall tour to NYC on Saturday (11/23) for a show at Le Poisson Rouge. Still led by Ronny Moorings — and still making records — the band played a set that mixed new material with plenty of darkwave classics like “Muscoviet Mosquito,” “Louise,” “A Day” and “Obsession.”

Making the night all the more goth were The Bellwether Syndicate who are led by Michael Faith of Faith and the Muse (and who also plays bass in the current lineup of The March Violets).
