Cloak streaming debut LP on Season of Mist, announce tour

Atlanta metal band Cloak (not to be confused with the Brooklyn synthpop band of the same name) are following their 2016 self-titled EP with their debut album, To Venomous Depths, this Friday (11/10) via Season of Mist. Jon Rosenthal called it “arena black metal” over on our sister site Invisible Oranges, and it’s also gained comparisons to Watain, Tribulation, Satyricon, and Dissection’s final album Reinkaos. Basically, if you dig when the harsh side of extreme metal meets the flashy, catchy side of classic rock, you’re gonna dig this too. Cloak also announced a tour, including a NYC show on November 27 at Saint Vitus (tickets). All dates are listed on the tour poster below.
