CLOSENESS (The Faint, Azure Ray) have a new video, touring w/ Har Mar Superstar

CLOSENESS, aka husband and wife duo Todd Fink (of The Faint) and Orenda Fink (of Azure Ray and Now It’s Overhead), debuted last year with the Personality Therapy EP on Graveface Records, and they’ve now made a video for its song “End of the Maze.” The song pairs the duo’s heavily manipulated vocals with gothy synthpop, and the moody video is a good match for the song. They tell us: “The visuals for ‘End of the Maze’ reflect the lyrics, a fever vision of the world burning, brought down by divisive ideologies. History is a repeating story. Which part of it are we living in now? Every age was once modern.” The video premieres below.

CLOSENESS also have upcoming tour dates, including a run opening Har Mar Superstar & Sabrina EllisDirty Dancing tour. They play the NY shows at Kingston’s Beverly on November 29 (tickets) and Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Bazaar on November 30 (tickets). All dates are listed below.

Meanwhile, Azure Ray also announced a Brooklyn show happening January 19 at The Bell House (tickets on sale 11/16 at 10 AM). They recently released their new Waves 7″.
