Cobalt

Cobalt announce tour with Mantar

Two-man black metal outfit Cobalt, whose lineup is now multi-instrumentalist Erik Wunder and vocalist Charlie Fell (ex-Lord Mantis), have announced a tour in support of their excellent new album Slow Forever. They don’t tour a lot, so this is pretty exciting. It’s also currently unclear what the live lineup will look like, since Erik Wunder is technically the only instrumentalist in the band.

They’ll be joined by Germany’s Mantar for all dates, kicking off in Seattle in September before making their way to the east coast for an NYC show at Saint Vitus on September 18. Tickets for that aren’t yet on sale, but will be available soon via Ticketfly.

The tour also includes a stop at Hopscotch fest. All dates listed, along with a stream of Slow Forever, below.
