Colleen Green‘s charming and catchy 2013 album Sock it to Me was overlooked by a lot of people and while it didn’t make my best albums list, it was a definitely runner-up and I put the bouncy “Time in the World” on one of my year-end mixes. You can stream the album below, where you’ll also find her Top 10 Things of 2013 list.
Green is currently on the East Coast playing a short run of shows this week, including Saturday (1/4) at Death by Audio. That’s a pretty good show, with Cassie Ramone of Vivian Girls/Babies in solo mode, plus sets from Xray Eyeballs, Virginia Trance, and Juniper Rising.
