Complex’s 50 Best Albums of 2018 list is out, and like most years, it’s heaviest on hip hop and R&B but also includes some other stuff like Kacey Musgraves, Kamasi Washington, Robyn, and Blood Orange. Elsewhere, they’ve got many of the year’s biggest rap albums (Migos, Drake, Playboi Carti, Vince Staples, Rae Sremmurd, Meek Mill, Post Malone, Lil Wayne, Kids See Ghosts, Cardi B, Black Panther, J Cole, Travis Scott, Pusha T) as well as some less mainstream ones (Roc Marciano & DJ Muggs, Denzel Curry, Royce Da 5’9″, Smino, J.I.D., Noname, Tierra Whack, Saba, Jay Rock, the Curren$y/Freddie Gibbs/Alchemist album). It’s a cool list, and you can check out the full thing below. Read more about each pick here.
