Coney Island Baby, the new venue in the East Village space that used to be Brownies and HiFi Bar, has announced its initial schedule. The Opening Night show is April 26 with Murphy’s Law, and other notable upcoming shows include the previously announced Alejandro Escovedo show on May 2 (sold out), Tommy Stinson’s Bash & Pop on May 10, The Mob and Slam Section on May 11, Craig Finn & The We All Want the Same Things Band on May 12, the Black N’ Blue Ball pre-party on May 18, the Red Hare show on June 1 (previously listed as a TBA NYC venue), and more.

Tickets for all announced shows are on sale now and the full announced schedule is below.

Coney Island Baby is a joint venture from Jesse Malin, who also owns Bowery Electric, Berlin and Niagara Bar, Don DiLego of Velvet Elk Records, Tom Baker (also of Velvet Elk) and Laura McCarthy (who co-owned Brownies and Hi-Fi, and co-owns Bowery Electric and Niagara).
