Dan Deacon guesting on NPR's 'Ask Me Another' in NYC; Ed Schrader's Music Beat added to tour

Dan Deacon will release his upcoming fifth LP Mystic Familiar on January 31, marking his first release in nearly five years. He’ll be supporting it on a North American tour starting in late February, but before that kicks off, he’ll be guesting on a live taping of NPR’s trivia/comedy/music podcast Ask Me Another in Brooklyn. This happens at The Bell House on February 19, and tickets are on sale now.

In other news, Dan just announced he’ll be joined by longtime friends and fellow Baltimoreans Ed Schrader’s Music Beat for all dates on his North American tour, which hits cities like Brooklyn, Chicago, Philly, Boston, Los Angeles, Nashville, Toronto, Austin, and more. The Brooklyn date happens at Brooklyn Steel on May 1 (tickets). All dates are listed below.
