Daniel Romano shares new video, begins tour with Caitlin Rose tonight
Daniel Romano returned earlier this year with the psychedelic country album Mosey, which, if you haven’t heard it yet, is very worth checking out. Today he begins another tour in support of it, and in honor of that, he’s also releasing a new video for “I Had To Hide Your Poem (In A Song).” The video’s vibe matches the song well, as you can see for yourself below.
Since we last spoke, Daniel added Caitlin Rose to the tour. That’s a great fit, as she’s another artist who makes genre-crossing country music. She hasn’t released an album since 2013’s The Stand-In (ATO), but maybe her return to the stage means new music will come sooner than later.
The tour begins at NYC’s Mercury Lounge tonight (11/10). It’s the late show, with 9:30 PM doors. Tickets for tonight’s show are still available. All dates are listed below.
